Let me get this right, this is the year 2007 and in the USA, our highest-level leaders are debating on whether or not making someone feel like they're drowing is torture. They're bragging about how lower death rates in Iraq is some kind of accomplishment when there shouldn't be any United States-related deaths at all in that country, especially considering we already declared an exceptionally convoluted victory.
