I think my biggest problem with this whole waterboarding and wiretapping controversy is that I'm just really disappointed by it all. I mean, my entire life I just assumed the government was spying on me. Even as kids we would joke on the phone about spies listening in on our calls, especially when we were talking about something we weren't supposed to be talking about. And I had always assumed the government tortured, but I figured they were using top secret PSYOPS and stuff like that, not just tying a dude down and permananetly freaking him out. So yes, it turns out they do spy on us and torture people. They just suck at it.

Fans of waterboarding will argue that they got Khalid Sheik Mohammed to admit to every single crime that was committed in the last 50 years by waterboarding, but come on. If you rough a dude up hard enough he'll admit to anything as long as you stop. Why are you supposed to take this man's word that he is the boogie man?
I also had been wrongly referring to Dr. Hastings as Kyle MacNinja. I was confused. And apparently Deathmole Jack hasn't been able to sleep well on account of waking up screaming. Sorry about that.
