Wikimapia is pretty great if you like to know about secret places, even if they are fake. There are tons of secret places near you that you've never even HEARD about. It's like a scavenger hunt but every detail of it isn't incredibly annoying. And I know Google Earth and Google Maps have Wikipedia integration but that's all like verifiable. Did Benjamin Franklin "verify" electricity before he invented the Tesla Coil? No my friends, he just marched right up that patent office and said "E=mc2."
