So Say We All (A Kinda Spoiler-Free Tribute to BSG)

Tuesday, March 24, 2009 - 12:00 AM

This is the Overcompensating Players doing a tribute to one of the best shows I ever saw, Battlestar Galactica! I don't watch too many TV shows, and we didn't even get into this thing until last fall (which is unfortunate considering the five awkward minutes I spent in a room with Jamie Bamber a couple of years ago, not actually realizing who he was). Anyway we timed that just right because we tend to watch TV shows on DVD in unhealthy marathon doses, and got caught up right as the last season was starting, where we realized that watching TV on TV is total bullcrap, because you have to wait. But anyway if you are into things that are good, I would advise starting this on your Netflix or what have you now, because by the time you get caught up the last season DVD will probably be out. It was such a good show.

Now! No more TV shows until I finish reading a whole book. I am embarrassed to admit exactly how long its been since I read a book all the way (it was probably House of Leaves or something) and have been noticing myself getting steadily dumber. At least it's not just 'cause I been sittin' around building up my dragon-gnome's magic skill in Warcraft World or something, I been legitimately busy.

I'm gonna try to get Wigu back on track this week, and start really grinding my face into this Overcompensating book, which will be the best book I ever made.
