It's a terrible cycle to can get stuck in. You need a car to get around, but the government won't let you have a car because you're a Class 3 Degenerate. So you "find" a car (people just leave them everywhere) and you forget how expensive gas is, or that tires are supposed to have air in them.

So your car won't start, and you're extremely paranoid that someone else is going to steal your car and look at you through the windows because you've been trying to quit shooting mostly-dirt heroin into your nipples by freebasing cocaine. And then you get caught and elevated to a Class 4 Degenerate where you aren't even allowed to own money.

I drew this comic at the going away party we had Sunday night for my friend Merediff. We are all sad that she is going, but Meredith is an explorer and has to go adventurin' and there ain't nothin' nobody can or should do about that. Good journey, Mer. I am proud that I get to know you.
